Offer Overview

Novated Lease Australia (NLA) is offering exclusive Easter rewards, including cashback and vouchers, to eligible customers who order an eligible vehicle within the specified Offer Period and finance it through a novated lease arranged by NLA. To qualify, customers must have a Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS) issued, a vehicle order placed and finance approved by NLA before the cut-off date. The novated lease must be settled before the specified settlement deadline for the reward to be fulfilled.

Offer Details

The following offers are available for eligible vehicles financed through a novated lease with NLA:

• Polestar: $1,000 cashback per Polestar 4 order.

• Mitsubishi: $1,000 Total Tools voucher with every Mitsubishi Triton 4x4 model (under a 1-tonne payload only).

• Volkswagen: $500 cashback on every model in the current discount program, including Tiguan 195TSI R-Line, Tayron 195TSI R-Line, ID.4 Pro, ID.4 GTX, ID.5 Pro, ID.5 GTX, and Golf GTI.

• BYD: $1,000 cashback on all EV models with the current 5% discount (Atto 1, Atto 2, Atto 3, Dolphin, Seal, and Sealion 7).

Cashback payments listed are inclusive GST and will be made into your nominated Australian bank account within 30 days after the full settlement of your novated lease. Vouchers will be issued following the same settlement timeline.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Easter Exclusives offer, you must:

• Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older at the time of ordering the vehicle.

• Order an eligible new vehicle and arrange financing through a novated lease with NLA.

• Place the vehicle order during the specified Easter promotion period.

• Have a Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS) issued and finance approved through one of NLA's approved funders by the offer cut-off date.

• Finalise the settlement of the novated lease for the eligible vehicle by the required deadline.

• The vehicle purchase must be a dealer purchase only; private sales, refinances, and sale and leasebacks are not eligible.

• Cancelling a previous order and renewing it will not qualify for the promotion.

Offer Period

Offer Period (Vehicle Order): Starts 12:01 AM AEDT 27 March 2026; Ends 5:00 PM AEST on 17 April 2026.

Finance Approval Cut-off: Your Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS) must be issued, vehicle order placed and finance approved by 5:00 PM AEST on 17 April 2026.

Settlement Deadlines: The novated lease must reach "Full Settlement" (funds disbursed to the dealer) no later than:

• BYD 5% Manufacturer Discount: 5:00 PM AEST on 19 April 2026.

• BYD $1,000 NLA Cashback Offer: 5:00 PM AEST on 30 June 2026.

• All Other Offers: 5:00 PM AEST on 31 May 2026.

Payment of Rewards

Cashback or vouchers will be provided within 30 days of the full settlement of your novated lease. Rewards will only be issued post-settlement. Payment is subject to successful lease settlement; the offer is void if the lease is cancelled or not finalised. For cashback, you must provide bank details before settlement. Rewards are non-transferable, and no alternative forms of payment will be offered.

For the avoidance of doubt, any cashback or prize is a separate incentive provided by NLA post-settlement. It does not constitute a discount or rebate on the vehicle purchase price for the purposes of calculating GST, Stamp Duty, or Luxury Car Tax (LCT). Customers are responsible for any personal tax or FBT implications; NLA recommends seeking independent financial advice.

How to Apply

• Order an eligible vehicle and arrange novated lease financing through Novated Lease Australia during the offer period.

• Ensure the Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS) is issued and credit approval is obtained through an NLA-approved funder by the cut-off date.

• Ensure the novated lease is settled by the required deadline.

Exclusions

The Easter Exclusive offers are not available if:

• The vehicle order is placed outside of the offer period.

• The VPS is not issued or credit approval is not obtained by the cut-off time.

• The transaction is a private sale, refinance, or sale and leaseback.

• Manufacturer Offers: This NLA offer can be stacked with the specific manufacturer discounts mentioned in the "Offer Details" section (e.g., the BYD 5% discount).

• NLA Internal Offers: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other NLA promotional offer, including but not limited to "Refer-a-Friend" credits, corporate partner sign-on bonuses, or other rebate codes.

General Terms

• Privacy: Personal information is collected to facilitate your lease application in accordance with NLA’s privacy policy.

• Dispute Resolution: Disputes are subject to NLA's internal process and may be referred to mediation in New South Wales.

• Jurisdiction: This offer is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

• Financial Advice: NLA provides general information only. Seek independent financial and tax advice before entering a novated lease.

• Modifications: NLA reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time, provided that such changes do not affect customers who have already submitted a valid vehicle order and finance application prior to the change.

The Prize

• There are ten (10) prizes in total to be won.

• Each prize consists of one (1) $1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card.

• The total prize pool is valued at $10,000.

Eligibility & Regional Restrictions

• Entry is open to residents of VIC, NSW, QLD, and WA only.

• Residents of SA, ACT, and NT are excluded from this specific prize draw.

• To enter, you must place a new vehicle order and have a Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS) issued and finance approved by NLA between 27th March and 17th April 2026.

• Only one entry per eligible novated lease application is permitted.

• Employees of Novated Lease Australia and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

The Draw (Selection of Winners)

• Draw Date & Time: The draw will take place on 10am AEST 20th April 2026.

• Location: Novated Lease Australia, 2/9 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.

• Selection Process: Winners will be selected via a genuinely random electronic draw from the pool of eligible entrants.

Winner Notification & Publication

• Notification: Winners will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.

• Unclaimed Prizes: If a prize remains unclaimed after three months, a redraw will take place at the same location as the original draw.

Prize Fulfillment

• The $1,000 Prezzee Card will be issued to the winner via their registered email address within 30 days of their novated lease reaching full settlement.

• The prize is not redeemable for cash and is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer (Prezzee).

Compliance & Record Keeping

• No Entry Fee: There is no additional cost to enter this draw beyond the standard purchase and financing of the vehicle.

• Record Keeping: NLA will maintain full records of all entries, the random selection process, and proof of prize delivery for a minimum of 12 months, as per NSW trade promotion requirements.
