Chery is offering significant discounts on selected new models through all Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs). In addition, Novated Lease Australia (NLA) is providing an exclusive $2,000 cashback for eligible customers who finance one of these discounted Chery vehicles through a novated lease arranged by NLA. To qualify for the cashback, the customer must sign a Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS) with NLA by 11:59 pm AEDT on 31st December 2025. Credit approval must be obtained through one of NLA's approved funders, and the novated lease must be settled before the cashback is paid.

Exclusive NLA Cashback Incentive

Customers who arrange their novated lease through NLA will receive an additional $2,000 cashback, paid directly by NLA. The cashback will be paid into your nominated account within 30 days after settlement of your novated lease.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the exclusive $2,000 cashback offer, you must:

• Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older at the time of signing the VPS.
• Order one of the eligible Chery models listed above and finance it through a novated lease with NLA.
• Sign a Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS) with NLA by 11:59 pm AEDT on 31st December 2025.
• Be credit approved through one of NLA’s approved funders after signing the VPS.
• Finalise the settlement of the novated lease for the eligible Chery vehicle within 3 months of signing the VPS.

The Chery discounted pricing is available across all FMOs. However, the $2,000 cashback incentive is only available through NLA. Any VPSs already signed with NLA and orders placed before the commencement of this offer are not eligible. Customers with existing finance approvals are not eligible. This offer is only applicable to new vehicles. Demo or pre-owned vehicles are not eligible. Customers may have multiple novated leases, provided each lease meets the eligibility criteria within the offer period.

Offer Period

This offer is valid for customers who order an eligible Chery vehicle and sign the VPS between 1st September 2025 and 31st December 2025. To qualify for the $2,000 cashback, the novated lease must be settled within 3 months following the 31st of December 2025. The cashback will only be payable if the lease is fully settled within this timeframe. Orders or VPSs signed outside of the specified period will not be eligible.

Payment of Cashback

The $2,000 cashback will be deposited into your nominated Australian bank account within 30 days of the full settlement of your novated lease. Payment of the cashback is subject to the successful settlement of the lease, and the offer will be void if the lease is cancelled or not finalised. To ensure timely payment, you must provide your bank account details before the lease settlement is completed. The cashback is non-transferable, and no alternative forms of payment will be offered. Any delays in providing your bank details may result in delays in processing the cashback.

How to Apply

1. Order one of the eligible Chery models.
2. Sign the Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS) with NLA by the offer cut-off date.
3. Obtain credit approval through one of NLA’s approved funders and ensure the novated lease is settled within 3 months following the 31st of December 2025.

Exclusions

The exclusive $2,000 NLA cashback offer is not available if:

• The VPS is signed after the offer period ends.
• Credit approval is not obtained from one of NLA's approved funders.
• The novated lease is not settled within 3 months following the signing of the VPS.
• The novated lease is arranged through another provider or financier.
• You accept another promotional offer from NLA in place of this campaign.
• You order or settle a lease with NLA prior to the commencement of this campaign.

Privacy

Novated Lease Australia’s privacy policy is available on our website. We will collect personal information in connection with this offer to facilitate your novated lease application. By participating in this offer, you consent to NLA sharing your information with the relevant funder to process your novated lease.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding this promotion or its terms will be subject to NLA's internal dispute resolution process, and if not resolved, may be referred to mediation or arbitration in New South Wales.

Jurisdiction

This offer is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By participating in the offer, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Liability

Novated Lease Australia is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising in connection with this discount and cashback offer, except where liability is mandated by law.
