Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all motor vehicle promotional offers listed herein and provided by manufacturers and distributors through Novated Lease Australia (NLA) and approved FMOs. By participating in any of the Offers described below, customers agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any specific conditions outlined in relation to each vehicle brand or model.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general terms and brand-specific terms, the latter will prevail.

1. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, all Offers are exclusively available to individuals entering into a novated lease arrangement through a Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) approved by the respective vehicle manufacturer. Eligibility is conditional on the purchaser meeting any brand-specific criteria and successfully ordering and/or taking delivery of the vehicle within the promotional period.

2. General Conditions

All Offers are valid only within the stated promotional dates. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Discounts are generally applied to the Manufacturer’s List Price or Recommended Retail Price (RRP), unless otherwise specified, and exclude additional costs such as on-road charges, dealer delivery, metallic paint, accessories, and government taxes, unless explicitly included.

Offers cannot be combined with any other retail or fleet incentive, rebate, discount, or promotional program unless expressly permitted. All figures are indicative and may vary depending on location, final vehicle specifications, and the participating dealer’s discretion.

Final pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are at the discretion of the participating dealer and may vary based on customer location, stock availability, and vehicle specifications. Novated Lease Australia (NLA) is not liable for any errors, delays, or changes introduced by third-party dealers or manufacturers.

3. Offer Terms by Brand – Christmas/Boxing Day Campaign

The following offers are available as part of our current Christmas/Boxing Day campaign.

3.1 AUDI

Q4 e-tron & Q6 e-tron Offer

• Receive a 12.5% discount across eligible Q4 e-tron and Q6 e-tron variants.
• Exclusive Offer: Customers novating any of the listed models will receive an entry into the draw to win 1 x Audi Drive Experience ticket (valued at $1,450).
• Orders must be placed between 1 December – 26 December 2025.

3.2 CHERY

MY26 TIGGO 7 Exclusive Discount & Cashback

• Receive a large discount (up to $29,081.82) on eligible MY26 CHERY TIGGO 7 URBAN and ULTIMATE models, in addition to National Fleet Pricing.
• Exclusive Offer: NLA Customers will receive an additional $1,500 CASH BACK.
• Offer valid for vehicles ordered from 1 December – 31 December 2025.

3.3 GEELY

EX5 Offer with Exclusive Servicing

• Receive a $2,000 (ex GST) discount off the list price.
• Includes a Complimentary Mode 2 Charging Cable and capped dealer delivery.
• Customers can choose between a free home EV charger (installation not included) or $500 cashback from NLA.
• Exclusive Offer: Also includes a 3 Year / 60,000 km Service Plan (Valued at $646).
• Offer available on vehicles ordered between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

3.4 HYUNDAI

National Driveaway Offers with Exclusive Draw

• National Driveaway Pricing on eligible models: KONA EV models from $49,990 Drive Away; IONIQ 5 models from $65,990 Drive Away; IONIQ 6 models from $49,990 Drive Away.
• Exclusive Offer: Customers novating any of the listed models through NLA will receive an entry into the draw to win X2 tickets to a Carlton Football Club Presidents function during the 2026 AFL fixture.
• Valid for purchases from 1 December - 31 December 2025, while stock lasts.

3.5 JAC

Osprey X Cashback Offer

• Receive the National Fleet discount of $2,750.
• Exclusive Offer: Receive $1,000 cashback per JAC Osprey X order.
• Valid for new vehicles purchased and delivered between 1 December 2025 to 31 March 2026.

3.6 JAECOO

Enhanced Novated Leasing Offer

• Enhanced Novated Leasing Offer for all Omoda Jaecoo models across the range, with customer discounts from 12% to 17% off the list price on eligible Jaecoo 7, Jaecoo 8, and Omoda 9 models.
• Exclusive Offer: This is an Enhanced Novated Leasing Offer exclusively for NLA for December.
• Valid for purchases from 1 December - 31 December 2025.

3.7 LEAPMOTOR

C10 & B10 Free Servicing Offer

• Receive a National fleet discount of 6% on all variants on Leapmotor C10 and B10.
• Exclusive Offer: Includes 3 years / 60,000km free servicing.
• Vehicles must be ordered 1 December – 31 December 2025 and delivered to the customer by 31 January 2026.

3.8 MITSUBISHI

Triton Novated Bonus with Gift Card

• Receive the National Fleet Discount plus a $2,000 Novated Bonus on Triton MV Novated models.
• Exclusive Offer: Also includes a $1,000 gift card for Total Tools.
• Offer valid for vehicles ordered by 31 December 2025.

3.9 POLESTAR

Polestar 4 Cashback Offer

• Exclusive Offer: Receive $1,000 cashback per Polestar 4 order.
• Orders must be placed from 15 December to 31 December 2025.

3.10 RAM

1500 BIG HORN Exclusive Drive Away Price

• Exclusive Offer: $108,500 Drive Away price with Towbar & Tongue on remaining colours of the 1500 BIG HORN 5'7" Tub and 6'4" Tub.
• Must be ordered by 31 December 2025 and delivered by 31 January 2026.

3.11 SUZUKI

Ignis & Swift Hybrid Exclusive Premium Discount

• Exclusive Offer: Receive an Exclusive Premium Discount on top of National Fleet Price for eligible Ignis and Swift Hybrid models, ranging from $500 to $1,300.
• Offer available on vehicles ordered between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

3.12 ZEEKR

Zeekr X Wall Charger Offer

• National Novated Lease offer of $3,500 Discount on all Zeekr X RWD and AWD variants.
• Exclusive Offer: Customers will receive 1x Complementary Zeekr 7kw Wall charger (Note: Wallbox will be delivered to the dealership and does not include installation).
• Vehicles must be Ordered and Delivered by 31 December 2025.

4. Modifications and Termination

Novated Lease Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate these Offers at any time, subject to compliance with applicable consumer and contract law. All orders remain subject to availability and final approval from the vehicle manufacturer and/or dealer.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant Australian State or Territory in which the vehicle is ordered and delivered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of participation in these Offers or reliance on the promotional pricing listed herein.

7. Consumer Law Disclaimer

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other legal rights you may have. To the extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia’s liability in connection with any promotional offer or vehicle transaction is limited to the resupply of the relevant goods or services, or the payment of the cost of such resupply, unless otherwise required by the ACL.
