TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all motor vehicle promotional offers listed herein and provided by manufacturers and distributors through Novated Lease Australia (NLA) and approved Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs). By participating in any of the Offers described below, customers agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any specific conditions outlined in relation to each vehicle brand or model.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general terms and brand-specific terms, the latter will prevail.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise stated, all Offers are exclusively available to individuals entering into a novated lease arrangement through a Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) approved by the relevant vehicle manufacturer. Eligibility is conditional on the purchaser meeting any brand-specific criteria and successfully ordering and/or taking delivery of the vehicle within the applicable promotional period.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

All Offers are valid only within the stated promotional dates and are subject to availability. Offers may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Unless otherwise specified, discounts apply to the Manufacturer’s List Price or Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and exclude additional costs such as on-road charges, dealer delivery, metallic or premium paint, accessories, registration, and government taxes.

Offers cannot be combined with any other retail, fleet, or promotional incentive unless expressly stated. All figures are indicative only and may vary depending on location, final vehicle specification, and participating dealer.

Final vehicle pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are at the discretion of the participating dealer. Novated Lease Australia (NLA) accepts no liability for errors, delays, or changes introduced by dealers or manufacturers.

3. OFFER TERMS BY BRAND – CHRISTMAS / BOXING DAY CAMPAIGN

The following offers apply as part of the Novated Lease Australia Christmas / Boxing Day Campaign.

3.1 AUDI

Q4 e-tron & Q6 e-tron Offer

Customers will receive a 12.5% discount across eligible Audi Q4 e-tron and Q6 e-tron variants.

Exclusive Offer:
Eligible customers will receive one (1) entry into the draw to win an Audi Drive Experience ticket valued at $1,450. Entries close 31 December 2025. Winner will be drawn and notified 19 January 2026.

Offer Period:
Orders must be placed between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

3.2 CHERY

MY26 TIGGO 7 Exclusive Discount & Cashback

Customers will receive a discount of up to $1,744.91 on MY26 CHERY TIGGO 7 URBAN and ULTIMATE models, in addition to National Fleet Pricing.

Exclusive Offer:
NLA customers will receive an additional $1,500 cashback.

Offer Period:
Valid for vehicles ordered between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

3.3 GEELY

EX5 Offer with Exclusive Servicing

Customers will receive a $2,000 (ex GST) discount off the list price of eligible vehicles.

This offer includes:

• Complimentary Mode 2 Charging Cable
• Capped dealer delivery

Customers may choose between:

• A free home EV charger (installation not included), or
• $500 cashback from NLA

Condition:
Residents of South Australia (SA) are only eligible for the cashback option.

Exclusive Offer:
Includes a 3-Year / 60,000 km Service Plan valued at $646.

Offer Period:
Valid for vehicles ordered between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

Dealer Participation:
This offer is available at participating Geely dealerships only. Please refer to the official list of participating dealers.

3.4 HYUNDAI

National Driveaway Offers with Prize Draw

National Driveaway Pricing applies to eligible models as follows:

• KONA EV models from $49,990 Drive Away
• IONIQ 5 models from $65,990 Drive Away
• IONIQ 6 models from $49,990 Drive Away

Exclusive Offer:
Eligible customers will receive one (1) entry into the draw to win two (2) tickets to a Carlton Football Club Presidents Function during the 2026 AFL fixture. Entries close 31 December 2025. Winner will be drawn and notified 19 January 2026.

Offer Period:
Valid for vehicles ordered between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025, while stocks last.

Osprey X Cashback Offer

Customers will receive a $2,750 National Fleet Discount.

Exclusive Offer:
Customers will receive $1,000 cashback per JAC Osprey X order.

Cashback Payment Terms:
Cashback will be paid via direct deposit within 30 days following vehicle delivery.

Condition:
This cashback offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other JAC offer or promotion.

Exclusion:
This offer is not available to government or rental buyers.

Retention Rights:
JAC reserves the right to extend, modify, or withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.

Offer Period:
Valid for vehicles purchased and delivered between 1 December 2025 and 31 March 2026.

Customers will receive discounts ranging from 12% to 17% off the list price on eligible Jaecoo 7, Jaecoo 8, and Omoda 9 models across the Omoda Jaecoo range.

This is an Enhanced Novated Leasing Offer available exclusively through Novated Lease Australia for December 2025.

Offer Period:
Valid for purchases made between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

Customers will receive a 6% National Fleet Discount on all Leapmotor C10 and B10 variants.

Customers will receive the applicable National Fleet Discount plus a $2,000 Novated Bonus on Triton MV Novated models.

Includes a $1,000 Total Tools gift card.

Exclusion:
This offer excludes residents and deliveries within Queensland (QLD) and the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales (NSW).

Offer Period:
Valid for vehicles ordered between 1 December 2025 and 31 December 2025.

3.13 ZEEKR

Zeekr X Wall Charger Offer

Customers will receive a $3,500 National Novated Lease Discount on all Zeekr X RWD and AWD variants.

Exclusive Offer:
Includes one (1) complimentary Zeekr 7kW Wall Charger.
Installation is not included. The wall charger will be delivered to the dealership for customer collection.

Order & Delivery Conditions:
Vehicles must be ordered and delivered by 31 December 2025.

4. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

Novated Lease Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate these Offers at any time, subject to applicable consumer and contract law. All orders remain subject to availability and final approval by the relevant manufacturer and/or dealer.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant Australian State or Territory in which the vehicle is ordered and delivered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in any Offer or reliance on the promotional pricing.

7. CONSUMER LAW NOTICE

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

These rights are in addition to and do not limit any other legal rights you may have. To the extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia’s liability is limited to the resupply of goods or services, or the payment of the cost of such resupply, unless otherwise required by law.
