Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all motor vehicle promotional offers listed herein and provided by manufacturers and distributors through Novated Lease Australia and approved FMOs. By participating in any of the Offers described below, customers agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any specific conditions outlined in relation to each vehicle brand or model.
In the event of any inconsistency between these general terms and brand-specific terms, the latter will prevail.
Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, all Offers are exclusively available to individuals entering into a novated lease arrangement through a Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) approved by the respective vehicle manufacturer. Eligibility is conditional on the purchaser meeting any brand-specific criteria and successfully ordering and/or taking delivery of the vehicle within the promotional period.
General Conditions
All Offers are valid only within the stated promotional dates. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Discounts are generally applied to the Manufacturer’s List Price or Recommended Retail Price, unless otherwise specified, and exclude additional costs such as on-road charges, dealer delivery, metallic paint, accessories, and government taxes, unless explicitly included.
Offers cannot be combined with any other retail or fleet incentive, rebate, discount, or promotional program unless expressly permitted. All figures are indicative and may vary depending on location, final vehicle specifications, and the participating dealer’s discretion.
Final pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are at the discretion of the participating dealer and may vary based on customer location, stock availability, and vehicle specifications. NLA is not liable for any errors, delays, or changes introduced by third-party dealers or manufacturers.
Offer Terms by Brand
Abarth
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, the Abarth 500e Scorpionissima is available from $43,990 drive away. The offer applies to vehicles ordered within the promotion period and excludes optional extras, which are available at additional cost.
Audi
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, new Audi Q4 e-tron models are eligible for a 12.5% discount (increased from 10%) and include a 12-month ChargeFox subscription. New Audi Q6 e-tron models receive a 10% discount. These offers are valid for novated lease transactions through approved fleet providers and apply to vehicles ordered within the offer period.
BMW
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, BMW is offering either:
- A $2,000 sales bonus across all BMW ICE and BEV models; or
- A $3,000 sales bonus for specific BMW Sub-LCT BEV models (i4 eDrive35, iX1 eDrive20, iX1 xDrive30, iX2 eDrive20, iX2 xDrive30).
Only one offer can be applied per eligible vehicle. Orders must be placed within the promotion period and delivered by 31 December 2025.
BYD
From 1 June 2025 to 30 September 2025, approved fleet management operators receive a 4% discount off the list price on selected BYD models (Atto 3 Essential, Atto 3 Premium, Dolphin Premium, Seal Dynamic, Seal Premium, Seal Performance, Sealion 7 Premium, Sealion 7 Performance). Excludes Dolphin Essential, Sealion 6, and Shark 6. Dealer delivery and metallic paint charges apply. Orders must be delivered by 31 October 2025.
Chery
From 16 June 2025 to 30 September 2025, Chery E5 BEV Urban FWD ($3,362.73 off) and E5 BEV Ultimate FWD ($3,726.36 off) receive fleet discounts exclusive to selected fleet operators. A 7kW Ocular LTE Home AC Charger (RRP $895, excl. installation) is also included.
Cupra
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, discounts apply to selected Cupra models: Leon V MY24 ($5,650 off), Formentor Vze MY24 ($8,250 off), Formentor VZx MY24 ($5,400 off), Tavascan VZ MY24 ($5,450 off), and Tavascan VZ MY25 ($5,450 off). Orders must be registered by 31 October 2025. Recommended dealer delivery fee is $1,100 incl. GST.
Fiat
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, the Fiat 500e La Prima is available from $38,990 drive away (no options included).
Geely
From 1 May 2025 to 31 December 2025, eligible professionals (ABN holders, government employees, recognised association members) receive a $500 (ex. GST) bonus on all new and demonstrator Geely vehicles. Dealer delivery fees are capped at $636.36 (ex. GST). Proof of eligibility (e.g., ABN documentation, government employment letter, or association membership) is required.
Hyundai
From 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025, discounts apply to existing national stock only: Ioniq 6 Epiq AWD CE.V1 77.4kWh ($21,000 off list price) and Ioniq 6 Techniq AWD CE.V1 77.4kWh ($20,000 off list price). Offer is exclusive to Novated Lease Australia customers and does not apply to factory orders.
Jaecoo
From 16 June 2025 to 30 September 2025, the Jaecoo J7 Core ($3,058.76 off) and J7 Track ($4,195.12 off) receive two years’ complimentary servicing, while the J7 Summit SHS ($3,441.19 off) includes a 7kW Ocular LTE Home AC Charger (RRP $895, excl. installation). Discounts are exclusive to selected fleet operators.
Kia
From 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2025, the SG2 Niro GT-Line 2WD receives a $3,500 national discount plus a bonus $5,000 VISA gift card. Colours are limited and available while stock lasts. Orders and purchase orders must be submitted to Procurement for processing with Kia and to arrange Visa gift cards. Offer is exclusive to Novated Lease Australia customers.
Mazda
From 1 August 2025 to 31 December 2025, the following discounts apply: CX-60 models (Pure AWD, Evolve Vision AWD, Touring Vision AWD, GT Vision AWD, Azami AWD, Azami SP AWD, Azami Takumi AWD) receive $4,500 off list price, while CX-80 models (Touring AWD, GT AWD, Azami AWD, Azami SP AWD) receive $5,000 off list price. A purchase order must be submitted to claim this offer.
Mercedes-Benz
From 1 August 2025 to 30 September 2025, the EQE 300 and EQE 350 SUV (2024 production) are available at LCT threshold pricing, exclusive to novated and operating leases via selected partners. Orders must be delivered by 30 September 2025.
Additionally, from 4 July 2025, EQA250+ City Edition ($5,100 off) and EQB250+ City Edition ($4,600 off) include three years’ complimentary servicing and qualify for an additional 6% fleet discount.
MG
From 30 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, the all-new IM5 and IM6 receive a 10% national fleet discount, plus an exclusive $500 accessories credit for Novated Lease Australia clients only.
MINI
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, all new and demonstrator MINI models receive a $2,000 sales bonus. Orders must be delivered by 31 December 2025.
Mitsubishi
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, selected Mitsubishi models receive: Eclipse Cross PHEV ($2,200 off), Outlander PHEV ($2,000 off), Outlander ICE ES & LS ($2,000 off), Outlander ICE Black Edition & Aspire ($3,000 off), Outlander ICE Exceed & Exceed Tourer ($4,000 off), and Triton ($2,000 novated bonus + $2,000 loyalty bonus = $4,000 off).
Nissan
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, the Nissan Navara PRO-4X receives $10,997 off (16.88% discount) exclusive to Novated Lease Australia customers.
Polestar
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, Polestar offers discounts on selected models: Polestar 2 MY25 (20% off LRDMP/LRDM/LRSM, 25% off SRSM), Polestar 3 MY25 (20% off LRDM/LRDMP), and Polestar 4 MY25–MY26 (10% off LRSM/LRDM). Orders must be delivered by 31 October 2025.
Tesla
From 1 August 2025 to 30 September 2025, a $3,000 novated lease incentive is available on new Tesla Model Y vehicles. Orders must be placed, and novated lease applications submitted by 20 September 2025, with delivery by 30 September 2025.
Volkswagen
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, selected passenger models receive discounts: Golf Life 8 Speed Auto ($3,000 off), T-Cross Life 7 Speed DSG ($5,000 off), T-Roc R 7 Speed DSG ($6,000 off), Tiguan Allspace 132TSI Life 7 Speed DSG ($8,000 off), Tiguan Allspace 162TSI R-Line 7 Speed DSG ($7,000 off), ID.4 Pro 210kW RWD ($4,600 off), and ID.5 GTX 250kW AWD ($4,000 off). Orders must be registered by 31 October 2025. Dealer delivery fee is $1,495 incl. GST.
From 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, selected commercial models receive discounts: Amarok Style 3.0 TDI600 4MOTION ($10,000 off), ID. Buzz Pro SWB 79/84 kW BEV ($6,000 off), ID. Buzz Pro LWB 86/91 BEV ($5,000 off), and ID. Buzz Cargo SWB 79/84 BEV ($4,500 off). Dealer delivery fee is $1,495 incl. GST.
Volvo
Volvo has granted Novated Lease Australia Fleet status, providing a minimum $3,000 discount on EVs, 10% off petrol and hybrid models, five years’ free servicing, and discounted dealer delivery ($995 incl. GST).
Modifications and Termination
Novated Lease Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate these Offers at any time, subject to compliance with applicable consumer and contract law. All orders remain subject to availability and final approval from the vehicle manufacturer and/or dealer.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant Australian State or Territory in which the vehicle is ordered and delivered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.
Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of participation in these Offers or reliance on the promotional pricing listed herein.
Consumer Law Disclaimer
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other legal rights you may have. To the extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia’s liability in connection with any promotional offer or vehicle transaction is limited to the resupply of the relevant goods or services, or the payment of the cost of such resupply, unless otherwise required by the ACL.
