Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all motor vehicle promotional offers listed herein and provided by manufacturers and distributors through Novated Lease Australia (NLA) and approved FMOs. By participating in any of the Offers described below, customers agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any specific conditions outlined in relation to each vehicle brand or model.
In the event of any inconsistency between these general terms and brand-specific terms, the latter will prevail.
1. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, all Offers are exclusively available to individuals entering into a novated lease arrangement through a Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) approved by the respective vehicle manufacturer. Eligibility is conditional on the purchaser meeting any brand-specific criteria and successfully ordering and/or taking delivery of the vehicle within the promotional period.
2. General Conditions
All Offers are valid only within the stated promotional dates. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Discounts are generally applied to the Manufacturer’s List Price or Recommended Retail Price (RRP), unless otherwise specified, and exclude additional costs such as on-road charges, dealer delivery, metallic paint, accessories, and government taxes, unless explicitly included.
Offers cannot be combined with any other retail or fleet incentive, rebate, discount, or promotional program unless expressly permitted. All figures are indicative and may vary depending on location, final vehicle specifications, and the participating dealer’s discretion.
Final pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are at the discretion of the participating dealer and may vary based on customer location, stock availability, and vehicle specifications. Novated Lease Australia (NLA) is not liable for any errors, delays, or changes introduced by third-party dealers or manufacturers.
3. Offer Terms by Brand
Audi
- Offer: 2026 FMO Program Customer Discounts.
- Models Included:
- 10.00% Discount: A3/S3, A5/S5 (B10), Q2/SQ2, Q5/SQ5 (B10).
- 12.50% Discount: Q7/SQ7, Q8/SQ8, Q4 e-tron, Q6 e-tron.
- Terms & Conditions: Orders must be placed between 1 April and 30 June 2026.
BYD
- Offer: $3,000 Cashback.
- Models Included: Sealion 5, Sealion 6, Sealion 8 (all variants), and Shark 6 (Premium only).
- Terms & Conditions:
- Vehicles must be ordered between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026, and delivered by 30 June 2026.
- Excludes Shark 6 Cab Chassis and all BEV vehicles.
- Not available with Angle Auto 1.88% Finance or any other cashback/fleet offers.
- Application form will be emailed within 7 days of delivery and must be submitted by 31 July 2026.
- Offer: 5% Novated Lease Discount.
- Models Included: Atto 1, Atto 2, Atto 3, Dolphin, Seal, Sealion 7 (all variants).
- Terms & Conditions: Orders must be placed between 1 March 2026 and 30 June 2026, and delivered by 31 July 2026. Discount applies to the base list price only.
Cadillac
- Offer: Novated Lease Pricing delivering a $10,000 price advantage (over $35,000 off retail).
- Models Included: MY25 Cadillac LYRIQ.
- Terms & Conditions: Available until stock is exhausted.
Cupra
- Offer: Exclusive GST-exclusive discounts.
- Models Included (MY24 & MY25): Tavascan Endurance ($5,800), Tavascan Endurance w/ Interior Pack ($6,250), Tavascan VZ ($7,100), Tavascan VZ Extreme (MY25 only: $7,850).
- Terms & Conditions: Orders must be placed by 31 December 2026, with delivery by 31 January 2027.
Deepal

- Terms & Conditions: Purchase from 12 March 2026 and take delivery by 30 June 2026.
- Offer: GST-exclusive discounts.
- Models Included: Golf GTI, Tiguan/Tayron R-Line, ID.4 Pro/GTX, ID.5 Pro/GTX.
- Terms & Conditions: Orders must be placed by 31 December 2026, with delivery by 31 January 2027.
Volvo
- Offer: 15% Discount off List Price.
- Models Included: ES90 (Plus and Ultra variants).
- Terms & Conditions: Valid for orders placed from 1 March 2026 and delivered by 30 June 2026.
4. Modifications and Termination
Novated Lease Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate these Offers at any time, subject to compliance with applicable consumer and contract law. All orders remain subject to availability and final approval from the vehicle manufacturer and/or dealer.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant Australian State or Territory in which the vehicle is ordered and delivered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.
6. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of participation in these Offers or reliance on the promotional pricing listed herein.
7. Consumer Law Disclaimer
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other legal rights you may have. To the extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia’s liability in connection with any promotional offer or vehicle transaction is limited to the resupply of the relevant goods or services, or the payment of the cost of such resupply, unless otherwise required by the ACL.
