Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all motor vehicle promotional offers listed herein and provided by manufacturers and distributors through Novated Lease Australia (NLA) and approved FMOs. By participating in any of the Offers described below, customers agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any specific conditions outlined in relation to each vehicle brand or model.
In the event of any inconsistency between these general terms and brand-specific terms, the latter will prevail.
1. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, all Offers are exclusively available to individuals entering into a novated lease arrangement through a Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) approved by the respective vehicle manufacturer. Eligibility is conditional on the purchaser meeting any brand-specific criteria and successfully ordering and/or taking delivery of the vehicle within the promotional period.
2. General Conditions
All Offers are valid only within the stated promotional dates. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Discounts are generally applied to the Manufacturer’s List Price or Recommended Retail Price (RRP), unless otherwise specified, and exclude additional costs such as on-road charges, dealer delivery, metallic paint, accessories, and government taxes, unless explicitly included.
Offers cannot be combined with any other retail or fleet incentive, rebate, discount, or promotional program unless expressly permitted. All figures are indicative and may vary depending on location, final vehicle specifications, and the participating dealer’s discretion.
Final pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are at the discretion of the participating dealer and may vary based on customer location, stock availability, and vehicle specifications. Novated Lease Australia (NLA) is not liable for any errors, delays, or changes introduced by third-party dealers or manufacturers.
3. Offer Terms by Brand
3.1 AUDI
3.1.1 Q4 e-tron – Enhanced Offer Details
- Customer discount available increased to 12.5% (was 10.0%).
- Offer available on vehicles delivered from 1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025.
3.1.2 Q6 e-tron SUV & Sportsback – Enhanced Offer Details
- Receive a 12.5% discount across all Q6 e-tron variants.
- Offer available on vehicles delivered from 1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025.
3.2 BMW
3.2.1 Q4 2025 Sales Contribution Offer
Receive a $3,000 FMO Sales Contribution on eligible new or demonstrator BMW sub-LCT BEV models.
- Orders must be placed between 1 October and 31 December 2025.
- Vehicle must be delivered by 31 March 2026.
3.3 BYD
3.3.1 $3,000 Cashback Offer
Receive a $3,000 cashback across Atto 3, Seal, Sealion 6, Sealion 7, and Shark 6 models.
- This offer is valid for vehicle orders occurring between 1 November and 31 December 2025.
- Vehicle must be delivered by 31 January 2026.
3.3.2 Deep Sea Blue SHARK 6 Exclusive Offer
Eligible customers purchasing a New Deep Sea Blue SHARK 6 who do not take up the 1.88% Finance Campaign will receive:
- Total Cashback of $4,500 (Combined with the existing $3,000 offer).
- Free Paint Upgrade.
- Orders must be placed between 14 November and 31 December 2025.
- Vehicle must be delivered by 31 January 2025.
3.4 CHERY
3.4.1 Exclusive NLA Discount and Cashback Offer
Save up to $4,271.82 off list price on eligible models (E5 BEV Urban/Ultimate and Tiggo 8 Urban/Ultimate), plus receive a $2,000 cashback from NLA.
- Offer available on vehicles ordered between 1 September 2025 and 31 December 2025.
3.5 CUPRA
3.5.1 Discounted Models (ex GST)
- Discounts (ex GST) ranging from $5,400.00 to $8,250.00 across eligible Leon, Formentor, and Tavascan models.
- Offer available on vehicles ordered from 1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025.
- All orders must be registered / RDA'd by 31 January 2026.
3.6 DEEPAL
3.6.1 Fleet Discount Program (Ongoing)
- S07 RWD MY24 – $2,400 Fleet Discount.
- E07 MY25 – $800 Fleet Discount.
- Offer available on vehicles ordered from 1 September 2025 (Ongoing program).
3.7 GEELY
3.7.1 EX5 Offer
- Receive a $2,000 (ex GST) discount off the list price.
- Customers can choose between a free home EV charger or $500 cashback from NLA.
- Offer available on vehicles ordered between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025.
3.7.2 Professionals Program
- Receive a $500 (ex GST) bonus on top of existing retail programs across the new vehicle range.
- Offer available on vehicles ordered between 1 May 2025 and 31 December 2025.
3.8 HYUNDAI
3.8.1 Q4 National Driveaway Offers
- National Driveaway Offers with pricing from $49,990 on selected KONA EV, IONIQ 5, and IONIQ 6 models.
- Valid for purchases from 1 October 2025 - 31 December 2025.
3.9 MAZDA
3.9.1 Government Discount Program
Exclusive government discounts:
- CX-60 models – $4,500 off.
- CX-80 models – $5,000 off.
- Valid for purchases from 1 August 2025 - 31 December 2025.
3.10 MERCEDES-BENZ
3.10.1 EQA 250+ National Driveaway Offer
- National drive-away pricing at $79,900.
- Valid for purchases from 1 November 2025 to 31 December 2025.
- Vehicle must be delivered by 31 January 2026.
3.10.2 Cash Savings Across Selected Models (ICE)
- Cash savings from $3,200 to $15,100 across selected ICE models.
- Valid for purchases from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025.
- Vehicle must be delivered by 31 January 2026.
3.11 MG
3.11.1 Evie Charging Voucher Program
- Receive an Evie charging voucher capped at 1,000kWh on eligible models.
- Program period: 1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025.
3.12 MITSUBISHI
3.12.1 Q4 Fleet Rebates and Novated Bonuses
- Rebates up to $8,000 on Outlander PHEV/ICE and a $2,000 Novated Bonus on Triton MV Novated models.
- Valid for purchases between 1 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.
3.13 NISSAN
3.13.1 Q4 2025 Fleet Bonus Offer
- Total discount off each model ranging from $1,643 to $5,390 on eligible X-Trail, Ariya, and Qashqai models.
- For orders taken and delivered between 1 November 2025 and 31 December 2025.
3.14 PEUGEOT
3.14.1 Q4 Factory-Backed Bonus
- Factory-backed bonus of $1,000 to $2,300 on eligible MY25 2008 and 5008 models, applied at point of sale.
- Eligible vehicles must be sold and delivered between 17 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.
3.15 POLESTAR
3.15.1 Polestar Model Discounts
- Discounts up to 40% on Polestar 2, 3, and 4 models.
- Offer available on vehicles ordered between 1 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 or until stock is exhausted.
3.15.2 NLA Cashback on Polestar 4 (Black Friday Campaign)
- Receive $1,000 cashback on Polestar 4 orders.
- Orders placed from 15 November to 31 December 2025.
3.16 SMART
3.16.1 Retail Campaign on 2024 Stock
- Drive Away Pricing with discounts up to 19% off on smart #1 and smart #3.
- Orders must be placed by 30 November 2025, with delivery by 31 December 2025.
3.16.2 NLA FMO Offer – 2024 Stock
- Receive up to $1,700 vehicle discount plus $2,000 cashback on select smart #1 and #3 models.
- Offer is valid for purchase orders between 21 July 2025 and 31 December 2025.
- Deliveries must be prior to 31 January 2026.
3.17 SUBARU
3.17.1 VISA Gift Card Offer
- Receive a $700 VISA digital gift card on eligible MY25 Outback and MY26 Forester Hybrid models.
- Novated Lease customers must order an eligible vehicle between 14 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.
3.18 VOLKSWAGEN
3.18.1 Passenger Models Offer
- Discounts (ex GST) ranging from $3,000 to $8,000 on eligible models.
- Offer available on vehicles ordered from 1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025.
3.18.2 Commercial Models Offer (ID. Buzz)
- Drive Away Pricing from $79,990.
- Offer available on vehicles ordered from 1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025.
- Bonus Offer: A $2,000 Visa gift card for customers who take delivery of an ID. Buzz before 31 December 2025.
3.19 VOLVO
3.19.1 Q4 20% Discount Offer
- Receive a 20% discount across all Volvo models.
- Orders must be placed between 20 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.
- Available only for vehicles delivered before 31 December 2025.
3.19.2 Fleet Plus Status (Ongoing NLA-exclusive benefit)
- $3,000 discount off list price on EVs (minimum).
- 10% discount off list price on petrol and hybrid models.
- This is an ongoing NLA-exclusive benefit without a set end date.
3.20 XPENG
3.20.1 G6 Cashback & Service Offer
- Receive $3,000 cashback plus 5 years of free scheduled servicing.
- Offer available on new XPENG G6 vehicles purchased and delivered between 1 November 2025 and 30 November 2025.
3.21 ZEEKR
3.21.1 Q4 Discount Offer
- $3,500 discount on all eligible Zeekr X variants.
- Ordering window: 20 October 2025 - 31 October 2025.
- Delivery must occur by 31 December 2025.
4. Modifications and Termination
Novated Lease Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate these Offers at any time, subject to compliance with applicable consumer and contract law. All orders remain subject to availability and final approval from the vehicle manufacturer and/or dealer.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant Australian State or Territory in which the vehicle is ordered and delivered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.
6. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of participation in these Offers or reliance on the promotional pricing listed herein.
7. Consumer Law Disclaimer
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other legal rights you may have. To the extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia’s liability in connection with any promotional offer or vehicle transaction is limited to the resupply of the relevant goods or services, or the payment of the cost of such resupply, unless otherwise required by the ACL.
