Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all motor vehicle promotional offers listed herein and provided by manufacturers and distributors through Novated Lease Australia (NLA) and approved FMOs. By participating in any of the Offers described below, customers agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any specific conditions outlined in relation to each vehicle brand or model.
In the event of any inconsistency between these general terms and brand-specific terms, the latter will prevail.
1. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, all Offers are exclusively available to individuals entering into a novated lease arrangement through a Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) approved by the respective vehicle manufacturer. Eligibility is conditional on the purchaser meeting any brand-specific criteria and successfully ordering and/or taking delivery of the vehicle within the promotional period.
2. General Conditions
All Offers are valid only within the stated promotional dates. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Discounts are generally applied to the Manufacturer’s List Price or Recommended Retail Price (RRP), unless otherwise specified, and exclude additional costs such as on-road charges, dealer delivery, metallic paint, accessories, and government taxes, unless explicitly included.
Offers cannot be combined with any other retail or fleet incentive, rebate, discount, or promotional program unless expressly permitted. All figures are indicative and may vary depending on location, final vehicle specifications, and the participating dealer’s discretion.
Final pricing, availability, and delivery timelines are at the discretion of the participating dealer and may vary based on customer location, stock availability, and vehicle specifications. Novated Lease Australia (NLA) is not liable for any errors, delays, or changes introduced by third-party dealers or manufacturers.
3. Offer Terms by Brand
BMW
- Offer: $3,000 FMO Sales Contribution on eligible new or demonstrator BMW sub LCT vehicles*.
- Models Included: BMW i4 eDrive35, BMW iX1 eDrive20 & iX1 xDrive30, BMW iX2 eDrive20 & iX2 xDrive30.
- Terms & Conditions: Orders must be placed between January 1 and March 2026. Vehicle must be delivered by 30 June 2026.
BYD
- Offer: $3,000 Cashback offer (EXTENDED).
- Models Included: Atto 3, Seal, Sealion 6, Sealion 7, Shark 6.
- Terms & Conditions: Valid for vehicle orders between 1 January and 31 January 2026, delivered by 28 February 2026. Eligible customers must submit a Cashback Application Form by 30 April 2026. Funds will be paid within 30 days of receiving a valid form.
- Offer: 5% discount on base vehicle list price.
- Models Included: Atto 3 Premium.
- Terms & Conditions: Must be delivered by 19 April 2026. Discount does not apply to Registration, CTP, Stamp Duty, dealer delivery, or statutory charges. Metallic paint remains an additional cost. Cannot be combined with any other promotions unless specified.
Cadillac
- Offer: Novated Lease Pricing delivering a $10,000 price advantage (total discount of over $35,000 off retail).
- Models Included: MY25 Cadillac LYRIQ.
- Terms & Conditions: Available until stock is exhausted. Note: Currently no dealers outside VIC and NSW; on-road costs must be coordinated through head office.
Chery
- Offer: $1,000 CASH BACK FROM NLA in addition to dealer discounts.
- Dealer Discounts:
- Chery E5 BEV Urban: $3,362.73 off list price.
- Chery E5 BEV Ultimate: $3,726.36 off list price.
- Chery Tiggo 4 Urban: $1,526.73 off list price.
- Chery Tiggo 4 Ultimate: $1,690.36 off list price.
- Models Included: Chery E5 BEV Urban/Ultimate (MY25.5), Chery Tiggo 4 HEV Urban/Ultimate (MY26).
- Terms & Conditions: EXCLUSIVE TO NLA CUSTOMERS. Offer available on vehicles ordered from 1 January to 31 March 2026 and delivered by 15 April 2026. Cashback funds are received within 30 days of settlement.
Cupra
- Offer: Discounts up to $7,850 (ex GST).
- Models Included: Tavascan Range (Endurance, Endurance w/ Interior Pack, VZ, VZ Extreme for MY24 and MY25).
- Terms & Conditions: Available for orders and deliveries between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.
Deepal
- Offer: $5,000 cashback and 3 years complimentary servicing.
- Models Included: MY24 Deepal S07 RWD (19 Inch and 20 Inch).
- Terms & Conditions: Orders and deliveries must occur between 1 January 2026 and 31 January 2026. Cashback is applied as a discount on the driveaway price. Servicing covers scheduled logbook servicing up to 3 years or 60,000kms.
Geely
- Offer: $2,500 Factory Bonus.
- Models Included: Geely EX5.
- Terms & Conditions: Valid for new vehicles financed through an FMO under a novated lease between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 2026. Bonus is applied as a deduction from the driveaway price.
GWM
- Offer: Discounts (excluding GST) ranging from $3,136 to $7,273 depending on the model.
- Models Included: Ora 400km Ultra/GT, Jolion Pro (Hybrid/MY25), H6 (Hybrid/PHEV/GT), H7 Vanta, Tank 300/500, and Cannon Ute Alpha Ultra.
- Terms & Conditions: Vehicles must be delivered by 31 March 2026. Pricing is eligible only under a novated lease through an approved FMO. 7-year unlimited KM warranty applies.
Hyundai
- Offer: Enhanced National Driveaway Pricing.
- Models Included: Inster ($35,990), Kona EV ($45,990), Elexio (from $59,990), IONIQ 5 (from $71,990), i30 Sedan HEV (from $34,990), Kona/Tucson/Santa Fe HEV.
- Terms & Conditions: Orders must be placed by 28 February 2026.
JAC
- Offer: $1,000 cashback per order plus National Fleet discount ($2,750).
- Models Included: JAC Osprey X.
- Terms & Conditions: EXCLUSIVE TO NLA. Valid for vehicles purchased and delivered between 1 January and 31 March 2026. Excludes demonstrators. Cashback paid within 30 days following delivery.
Mercedes-Benz
- Offer: Cash savings across select models, including $79,900 National Drive-Away on EQA 250+ City Edition.
- Models Included: EQA 250+, A200/A250 Hatch & Sedan, GLA 250, GLE/GLS SUV and Coupé range.
- Terms & Conditions: Offers are stackable with existing FMO discounts. Valid for purchases between 1 January and 28 February 2026, with delivery by 31 March 2026. A $2,000 refundable deposit is required.
MG
- Offer: $1,000 savings + free standard tow bar (MGU9) OR Free 7kW Charge Hub (MGS5).
- Models Included: MG U9 (ABN Holders) and MG S5 (Novated Buyers).
- Terms & Conditions: S5 offer is exclusively for Novated Customers. Vehicles must be delivered by 31 January 2026.
Polestar
- Offer: 12% to 18% discount on select models.
- Models Included: Polestar 2 (MY26), Polestar 4 (MY26).
- Terms & Conditions: Available on vehicles ordered between 1 January and 31 March 2026 or until stock is exhausted. Calculated on the basic vehicle price excluding accessories and taxes.
RAM
- Offer: 3 year free service offer.
- Models Included: RAM 1500 Rebel.
- Terms & Conditions: Service intervals are 12 months or 12,000kms (whichever comes first). Does not include wear and tear items, brakes, tyres, windshield wipers. Must be ordered between February 1st to 31st March with a delivery date no later than the April 30th 2026.
Tesla
- Offer: 3% discount for Full Self-Driving (FSD) configuration OR Trade-In Uplift (up to $3,000).
- Models Included: Model 3 and Model Y.
- Terms & Conditions: Must be ordered and delivered by 31 March 2026. FSD incentive is for inventory models only. Note: These offers are for records only and cannot be sourced through procurement.
Volvo
- Offer: Fleet Plus Status Benefits.
- Details: $3,000 discount off EVs (minimum), 10% discount off petrol/hybrid models, 5 years free servicing, and discounted $995 dealer delivery.
- Models Included: All Models.
- Terms & Conditions: EXCLUSIVE NLA BENEFIT. Must mention "Fleet Plus Status" on the request.
Zeekr
- Offer: Customers will receive a $3,500 National Novated Lease Discount on all Zeekr X RWD and AWD variants (inclusive of GST), plus one complimentary Zeekr 7kW Wall Charger.
- Models Included: Zeekr X RWD and AWD
- Terms & Conditions: Vehicles must be ordered and delivered by 31 December 2025.
4. Modifications and Termination
Novated Lease Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate these Offers at any time, subject to compliance with applicable consumer and contract law. All orders remain subject to availability and final approval from the vehicle manufacturer and/or dealer.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant Australian State or Territory in which the vehicle is ordered and delivered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory.
6. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of participation in these Offers or reliance on the promotional pricing listed herein.
7. Consumer Law Disclaimer
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other legal rights you may have. To the extent permitted by law, Novated Lease Australia’s liability in connection with any promotional offer or vehicle transaction is limited to the resupply of the relevant goods or services, or the payment of the cost of such resupply, unless otherwise required by the ACL.
