Terms and Conditions: "Unleash The Lease - Share Your Hustle" Competition

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the "Unleash The Lease - Share Your Hustle" competition (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

2. The Promoter

The Promoter is Novated Lease Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 69 659 639 004, of Level 3, 201 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060.

3. Competition Period

The Competition commences at 9:00 AM AEDT on October 1, 2025, and closes at 5:00 PM AEDT on October 31, 2025 (the "Competition Period").
Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or older.

4.1 Exclusions

Employees, officers, and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency prior to awarding the Prize.

5. How to Enter

To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:

1. Visit the campaign page at Unleash The Lease - Share Your Side Hustle
2. Provide their full name, a valid email address, and state of residence.
3. Tell us about their side hustle and what drives them.
4. Upload a single photograph that visually represents their side hustle.

5.1 Consent

Entrants must ensure that all identifiable persons featured in the photograph have provided their consent to its submission and use by the Promoter as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Entry Validity

Each valid entry will be placed into the random prize draw.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Draw Method

The winner will be selected via a randomised electronic draw. Chance plays a part in determining the winner.

6.2 Draw Details

• The draw will take place at the Promoter's head office on November 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM AEDT.
• The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner.
• The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries to be used in the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant.

7. Prize

The prize is a $1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card (the "Prize").

7.1 Delivery

The Prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated email address. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired Prezzee Smart eGift Cards once they have been successfully delivered.

7.2 Conditions

• The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The use of the Prezzee Smart eGift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of Prezzee Pty Ltd, which can be found on their website. The Promoter has no control over these terms.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from the Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by the winner.

8. Winner Notification and Publication

8.1 Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address provided in their entry within 7 business days of the draw date.

8.2 Publication

The winner’s first name, initial of their surname, and state will be published on the Novated Lease Australia LinkedIn page and website on or before November 15, 2025.

8.3 Unresponsive Winners

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to claim the prize within 14 business days of initial notification, a re-draw will take place.

9. Unclaimed Prizes

If the prize is not claimed by the specified date, a re-draw will take place at the Promoter's head office on November 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM AEDT, and the new winner will be notified and published in the same manner.

10. Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content

10.1 Licence

By submitting an entry, you grant the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display your entry, including your story, image, name, and state of residence, for marketing and promotional purposes on any of the Promoter's channels, including but not limited to its website, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and marketing materials, without any further compensation.

10.2 Warranties

You warrant that your entry is your own original work and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You are responsible for any claims that arise from your entry.

10.3 Promoter Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to edit, crop, or adapt submitted content for publication, and to refuse to publish any content it considers inappropriate, unlawful, or infringing.

11. Privacy

Entrants may choose to receive marketing communications about the Promoter's products and services by opting in at the time of entry. Providing this consent is optional and is not a condition of entry.

12. General Conditions

12.1 Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner.

12.2 Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including due to technical or network errors.

12.3 Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn or any other social media platform. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to LinkedIn.

12.4 Promoter Decisions

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12.5 Competition Modification

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time and for any reason.

12.6 Governing Law

The laws of New South Wales apply to these Terms and Conditions. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12.7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with this Competition or the Prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as under the Australian Consumer Law).
The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

13. Permit Details

NOTE: As this is a game of chance, permits may be required in some states and territories.

These Terms and Conditions have been prepared on the basis that the total prize pool of $1,000 does not require permits in VIC, QLD, WA, or TAS. However, due to the nature of the promotion, it may require a permit in ACT, NT, or SA.

The Promoter will apply for the necessary permits as required, and this clause will be updated with the permit numbers once they are granted.
