Transparency is our Policy

To qualify for the $300 Price Beat Guarantee:

  • Apples-to-Apples: The quote must be a full copy of the quote, from a fully-managed novated lease provider for the same vehicle (make, model, year) and the same lease terms (duration and kilometres).

  • Recent & Formal: The quote must be an official PDF from an Australian Novated Lease provider, dated within the last 30 days.

  • The "Beat": We define "beating" a price as providing a lower Total Monthly Finance Cost (including all fees, interest and the residual payment) for the same vehicle.

  • Management Eligibility: You must be eligible for a fully-managed novated lease through Novated Lease Australia to qualify. This guarantee cannot be claimed if your employer has an exclusive contract with another novated leasing provider, or is for a finance-only, ‘self-managed’ or ‘third-party’ lease.

No Gimmicks: If we can't beat it, the $300 is paid directly to you once you settle your lease with Novated Lease Australia or with the competing provider. (Proof must be provided if with a competing provider, with settlement confirmation sent to hello@nla.com.au)

Terms and Conditions: $300 Genuine Price Beat Guarantee

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Novated Lease Australia Pty Ltd (NLA), ABN 69 659 639 004, 2/9 15 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion commences at 9:00 AM AEDT on 2nd March 2026, and is an ongoing offer. NLA reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time. For the purposes of the $300 payment, the "Comparison Date" is the date the competitor's quote is submitted to NLA.

3. Eligibility & Exclusions

The following eligibility criteria apply:

  • New Enquiries Only: This offer is only available to customers who submit a competitor's quote at the time of their initial enquiry or prior to NLA issuing a first-draft Vehicle Packaging Schedule (VPS).

  • Existing Customers: Any customer who has already signed a Quote Acceptance, Finance Application, or has an active/settled lease with NLA is ineligible for this promotion.

  • Re-entries: Customers who have previously engaged with NLA, allowed their lead to lapse, and re-engaged within a 90-day period are excluded to prevent the gaming of the promotion.

  • Transaction Types: Eligible only for the purchase of new or used vehicles via dealer sales. Refinances, private sales, and sale-and-leaseback transactions are strictly excluded.

4. ACT & Regulatory Compliance

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law and specific state-based lottery/promotion acts (including the ACT):

  • This is a guarantee of value, not a game of chance.

  • No entry fee is required to participate.

  • The "payout" is a contractual obligation based on NLA's inability to provide a lower-cost service, ensuring compliance with strict "free gift" and "competition" laws in the ACT and NT.

5. Comprehensive "Price Beat" Definition (Fee Inclusion)

To provide a genuine comparison, the "Price Beat" is calculated based on the Total Life-of-Lease Cost. The comparison must be a strict "Like-for-Like" match including:

  • Vehicle Specifications: Identical make, model, series, and build year.

  • Lease Structure: Identical finance term (e.g., 36 months) and annual kilometer allowance.

  • FBT Method: Quotes must use the same FBT calculation method. NLA defaults to the Statutory Formula Method; if a competitor quote uses the Operating Cost (Logbook) Method, NLA will match the business use % for the audit.

  • Total Cost Inclusion: The audit covers finance costs (interest rate, origination, establishment, brokerage), all service/management fees, vehicle drive-away price, and the Residual Value (which must be set at the same ATO-compliant percentage).

6. Exclusion of Restricted Government & Third-Party Mandates

NLA acknowledges that certain organisations—specifically Federal and State Government departments (e.g., Department of Defence, ATO, NSW Health) and some private enterprises—operate under strict exclusive sole-provider mandates with specific third-party leasing companies.

  • Ineligibility: Employees of organisations where NLA is legally or contractually barred from providing novated leasing services are excluded from this promotion.

  • Reasoning: As NLA cannot physically settle a lease for employees of these organisations due to their employer's procurement restrictions, we cannot provide an actionable "Price Beat." This promotion is designed for customers who have the freedom of choice to select their own leasing provider.

7. Exclusion of Non-Novated Quotes

This guarantee applies only to fully managed novated lease quotes from Australian novated lease providers. Quotes for consumer loans, chattel mortgages, or quotes from finance brokers not offering a managed novated lease service are excluded.

8. The Claim & Verification Process
  1. Verification: The competitor's quote must be a formal PDF document dated within 30 days of submission.

  2. Audit: NLA is permitted two (2) business days to provide a counteroffer.

  3. Settlement Requirement: The $300 payment is triggered only once the claimant provides proof of lease settlement with the competitor (e.g., signed Confirmation of Delivery) matching the terms of the quote originally submitted.

  4. Submission of Claim: Settlement proof and the claimant's bank statement must be emailed to support@nla.com.au

  5. Payment: The $300 is non-transferable and will be paid via EFT to the individual's nominated Australian bank account within 30 days of verification.

9. Privacy & Marketing

By submitting a competitor's quote, the customer warrants they have the right to share that information and that NLA will use it solely for price comparison and internal auditing.

  • Consent: By participating, you consent to NLA contacting you regarding the audit. Marketing opt-ins are separate and governed by NLA’s standard Privacy Policy.

10. General Terms
  • No "EV Penalty": The $300 value is consistent across all makes and models, including Tesla and BYD.

  • Limit: One claim per person per 12-month period.

  • Discretion: NLA reserves the right to disqualify claims where the competitor's quote contains obvious clerical errors or does not meet ATO residual value requirements.
