These Terms and Conditions apply to all motor vehicle promotional offers listed herein and provided by manufacturers and distributors through Novated Lease Australia (NLA) and approved FMOs. By participating in any of the Offers described below, customers agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to any specific conditions outlined in relation to each vehicle brand or model.

Unless otherwise stated, all Offers are exclusively available to individuals entering into a novated lease arrangement through a Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) approved by the respective vehicle manufacturer. Eligibility is conditional on the purchaser meeting any brand-specific criteria and successfully ordering and/or taking delivery of the vehicle within the promotional period.

All Offers are valid only within the stated promotional dates. Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Discounts are generally applied to the Manufacturer’s List Price (MLP) or Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and exclude additional costs such as on-road charges, dealer delivery, and government taxes, unless explicitly included.

Offers cannot be combined with any other retail or fleet incentive, rebate, discount, or promotional program unless expressly permitted. Final pricing and delivery timelines are at the discretion of the participating dealer and may vary based on customer location and stock availability.

Audi 2026 Fleet Program

• Brand & Models Included: Audi A3, S3, A5 (B10), S5 (B10), Q2, SQ2, Q5 (B10), SQ5 (B10), Q7, SQ7, Q8, SQ8, Q4 e-tron, and Q6 e-tron (Brand new vehicles only).

• The Offer: A national customer fleet discount applied to the base price yielding 10.00% off for A3/S3, A5/S5, Q2/SQ2, and Q5/SQ5 models, or 12.50% off for Q7/SQ7, Q8/SQ8, Q4 e-tron, and Q6 e-tron models.

• Start Date: 1 April 2026

• End Date: 30 June 2026 (Orders must be placed within this period).

BMW iX3 Service Inclusive Promotion

• Brand & Models Included: New BMW iX3 40 variants only (Strictly excludes BMW iX3 50 xDrive models).

• The Offer: A complimentary 4 Year / Unlimited Kilometer BMW Service Inclusive Basic package that cannot be combined with any other existing FMO or fleet management platform offerings.

• Start Date: 1 June 2026

• End Date: 31 December 2026 (Contracts must be written and delivered by this date).

BYD Super Hybrid Range Cashback Campaign

• Brand & Models Included: BYD Sealion 5 (all variants), Sealion 6 (all variants), Sealion 8 (all variants), and Shark 6 (Premium variant only), excluding Shark 6 Cab Chassis, BEVs, demonstrators, and service loans.

• The Offer: A $3,000 Cash Back payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly into the customer's bank account following submission of a digital claim form by 31 July 2026 (Ineligible if funded via Angle Auto 1.88% finance or other cashback programs).

• Start Date: 1 April 2026

• End Date: 30 June 2026 (Orders must be placed and deliveries completed by this date).

BYD EV Range Novated Lease Discount

• Brand & Models Included: BYD Atto 1, Atto 2, Atto 3, Dolphin, Seal, and Sealion 7 (All variants included; demonstrators and service loans are excluded).

• The Offer: A 5% discount applied directly to the base vehicle manufacturer's list price, restricted to eligible Novated Lease clientele utilizing an approved Fleet Management Organisation (FMO) with a formal Purchase Order.

• Start Date: 1 March 2026

• End Date: 30 June 2026 (Orders must be placed by this date with vehicle delivery achieved by 31 July 2026).

Cadillac LYRIQ Novated Lease Incentive

• Brand & Models Included: New MY25 Cadillac LYRIQ (Regional delivery limits apply based on dealer footprints in Victoria and New South Wales; requires a secure, refundable $2,000 deposit taken directly by Cadillac).

• The Offer: An exclusive Novated Lease pricing scheme yielding an overall $10,000 price advantage relative to standalone retail positioning, delivering up to a $35,000 comparative packaged lifecycle benefit.

• Start Date: 1 January 2026

• End Date: 30 June 2026 (Valid until vehicle stock is completely exhausted).

Cupra Tavascan Range Discount Scheme

• Brand & Models Included: Cupra MY24 Tavascan Endurance, MY24 Tavascan Endurance with Interior Pack, MY24 Tavascan VZ, MY25 Tavascan Endurance, MY25 Tavascan Endurance with Interior Pack, MY25 Tavascan VZ, and MY25 Tavascan VZ Extreme.

• The Offer: A fixed contract price discount (excluding GST) of $5,800 for Endurance variants, $6,250 for Endurance with Interior Pack variants, $7,100 for VZ variants, and $7,850 for VZ Extreme variants.

Deepal S07 Drive Away Campaign

• Brand & Models Included: Deepal S07 RWD equipped with 20-inch wheels (Excludes premium paint option charges; used and demonstrator vehicles are entirely ineligible).

• The Offer: A fixed national promotional price of $47,990 Drive Away that cannot be merged with any other retail or corporate pricing matrices.

• Start Date: 1 June 2026

• End Date: 30 June 2026 (Vehicles must be sold and delivered within this calendar window).

GAC Aion Range & Emzoom Programs

• Brand & Models Included: GAC Aion V (Premium/Luxury), Aion UT (Premium/Luxury), and GAC Emzoom (New transactions only; non-combinable with default retail offers).

• The Offer: A 10% discount off MSRP plus a complimentary 22kW wall charger for Aion V, a 5% discount off MSRP plus a complimentary 22kW wall charger for Aion UT, and a flat $500 contract price discount for Emzoom.

• Start Date: 1 May 2026

• End Date: 30 June 2026 (Orders must be written by this date with physical delivery finalized prior to 31 September 2026).

Geely EX5 & Starray Novated Programs

• Brand & Models Included: Geely EX5 Complete Extended Range, EX5 Inspire Extended Range, Starray EM-i Complete, Starray EM-i Inspire, and Starray EM-i Inspire Extended Range (Active Novated Lease transactions only; wall box campaign concluded 30 April 2026).

• The Offer: A fixed 6% Novated discount yielding $2,290.36 off EX5 Complete, $2,508.55 off EX5 Inspire, $2,044.91 off Starray Complete, $2,181.27 off Starray Inspire, and $2,263.09 off Starray Inspire Extended Range.

GWM Drive Away Promotional Pricing

• Brand & Models Included: GWM ORA, GWM H6, and GWM Cannon Alpha (Only accessible via an approved Novated Lease agreement structured through a verified FMO; standard 7-Year Unlimited KM Warranty applies).

• The Offer: Special entry-tier fleet pricing (excluding GST) with drive away figures starting from $27,264 for GWM ORA, $29,764 for GWM H6, and $49,082 for GWM Cannon Alpha.

• Start Date: 1 April 2026

Hyundai EOFY Premium Fleet Program

Jaecoo National Fleet Program

• The Offer: An exclusive $10,500 Premium Fleet Discount applied directly to the commercial vehicle contract price.

Mazda CX6e EV Launch Offer

• Brand & Models Included: New Mazda CX6e EV (Restricted strictly to the first 1,000 pre-orders recorded nationwide).

• The Offer: A complimentary model specification upgrade from the mid-tier 'GT' variant to the flagship 'Azami' trim tier, representing an added consumer value of $3,000.

• The Offer: Complimentary scheduled factory vehicle servicing coverage spanning 5 Years or up to 70,000km for MGU9 variants, or 3 Years or up to 45,000km for MGQS variants.

Nissan National Fleet & Special Assistance Program

• Brand & Models Included: Nissan QASHQAI e-POWER MY26, X-TRAIL e-POWER MY26, ARIYA MY25, and NAVARA MY26 PRO4X Dual Cab 4x4 Auto (Navara orders placed from 10 March onwards receive an extra stackable $2,970 bonus discount).

Polestar National Model Campaign

• Brand & Models Included: Polestar 2 (MY26/MY27 stock), Polestar 3 MY27 (Build-to-order), and Polestar 4 MY26 (Build-to-order and pre-configured stock), calculated explicitly on basic vehicle pricing.

• The Offer: Fixed fleet base discounts yielding 22.1% off Polestar 3 Rear Motor, 21% off Polestar 3 Dual Motor, 12% off Polestar 2 stock, 12% off Polestar 4 LRSM build, 13% off Polestar 4 LRDM build, and 16% off Polestar 4 stock.

Renault Megane E-Tech Drive Away

• The Offer: Complimentary on-road costs plus a 5-Year Factory Scheduled Service Plan for XC90 variants, or a flat 15% discount applied directly to the manufacturer's vehicle List Price for ES90 variants.

• Start Date: 1 March 2026 (XC90 campaign starts 1 May 2026).

Important Procurement Notice: The promotions detailed in this section are strictly restricted to verified client-sourced and procured orders managed through Novated Lease Australia (NLA).

GAC (NLA Exclusive Program)

• The Offer: An exclusive $1,000 Cash Back incentive paid directly by NLA to the customer within 30 days of lease settlement, stacking on top of core running fleet base percentage discounts (12% to 16% off).

• End Date: 30 June 2026 (Orders must be placed within this window with vehicle delivery finalized no later than 31 July 2026).

Škoda Kodiaq (FMO Multi-Group Campaign)

• Brand & Models Included: New and demonstrator MY25 Škoda Kodiaq variants including Select 140TSI, Sportline 140TSI, and RS model lines.

• The Offer: Provision of the co-shared $3,000 Digital Pre-Paid Fuel Card operating alongside customer fleet concessions, valid exclusively for transactions structured via Maxxia, Smart, Eaziway, and NLA and dispatched within 60 days of handover.

Volkswagen (NLA Exclusive Program)

• Brand & Models Included: Volkswagen Golf GTI 7-Speed DSG, Tiguan 195TSI R-Line, Tayron 195TSI R-Line, ID.4 Pro 210kW RWD, ID.4 GTX 250kW AWD, ID.5 Pro 210kW RWD, and ID.5 GTX 250kW AWD.

• The Offer: An exclusive $500 Cash Back incentive processed and disbursed directly to the client by NLA within 30 days post-delivery, running in direct conjunction with core contract fleet deductions.

• Start Date: 22 May 2026

Novated Lease Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate these Offers at any time, subject to compliance with applicable consumer and contract law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant Australian State or Territory in which the vehicle is ordered and delivered.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). These rights are in addition to any other legal rights you may have.
